CUSTOMER SATISFACTION & RETURNS
At Guild Galleries, we take great pride in our products and services. We want you to be proud of your purchase as well! We stand behind the quality of our products and we make things right in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied please follow the instructions below.
We will provide a merchandise refund or exchange for orders within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, Guild Galleries will repair or replace your merchandise against manufacturer defects for up to one year. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns can be made at our Guild Galleries showroom or via mail. To make a return at one of our stores please provide the original invoice for merchandise exchange or refund. To make a return by mail, simply complete the return form attached to your invoice that was included with your order. This form lets us know the desired action to be taken, such as a replacement or refund. Please be sure to use a method of shipment that can be tracked such as UPS, DHL, or FEDEX.

We do our best to ship same day, if we receive your order and have all your information before 1:00 pm. EST. and all items are in stock.
All orders in the continental United States and Canada are shipped UPS ground. Shipping rates are based on the value of the order. Ground orders are not guaranteed by a certain day, and therefore cannot be reimbursed if late. $10 per $100 shipping price is rounded up to the next $100 level. Example: A $125.00 order (pretax) would be charged shipping at the $200 level which is $20.

Emails are responded to within 24 hours. Registered users can view a complete history of placed orders or obtain an order number by logging into "My Account" and clicking on "View Order History".
